at home
I live in a cottage in a village called Froyle, set in the beautiful countryside of north-east Hampshire
near the border with Surrey and about 50 miles from London.
The village is also known as the 'village of the saints'
because of the statues of saints on the front walls of houses
and other buildings in Upper Froyle. The nearest train station
is Bentley, about 2 miles away.
You can view more photographs and videos of Froyle in my photo and video gallery. The comprehensive Froyle village website also has a webcam and photo galleries of the village through the ages.
The map below shows the location of the village with the arrow
set at the approximate centre of the village.
